An educated professional with a background in healthcare, Seth attributes his success in real estate to his focus on making himself available to his clients and commitment to analyze every situation from their perspective.
Honesty, open communications, punctuality and a tenacious work ethic have been the key for Seth. By adapting the Golden Rule to real estate—a simple plan that involved making a list of personal expectations and services he would expect if choosing a Realtor—he achieved a string of early successes in his career.
To provide his clients with a positive experience and a superior standard of support, Seth has made researching local market conditions and networking with his colleagues a part of his daily routine. Energetic, reliable and compassionate, he loves the feeling that comes from knowing he helped his clients obtain the perfect home to fit their needs, or the highest possible sale price.
As a member of the Living By The Coast Realty Group, Seth has a high degree of expertise in Brunswick Forest and Leland-area real estate, as well as a vast local network of professional connections, which assist in his efforts to deliver seamless, hassle-free transactions. A resident of the Tarin Woods community in the Monkey Junction area of Wilmington, he is always willing to travel to help his clients, whether it’s to Columbus or Pender Counties, Brunswick or New Hanover.
Not surprising given that he attended Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst prior to graduating from UNC-Charlotte, golf is one of Seth’s favorite pastimes outside of real estate or serving the community. Active with Paws for Rescue and Strut for Kids, a local nonprofit that helps pediatric cancer patients, he enjoys spending time with his son Acen, daughter Hope and his wife Candace whenever possible. Staying active and healthy, being on the water and watching sports are some of Seth’s other favorites.
