Kim Mullis is a North Carolina native, from the nearby town of Bolton. She spent 12 years in Wilmington before moving to Leland in 2013 with her husband and 2 kids. Her husband does home renovations for a living and through his work she became interested in all things real estate.

In 2016, Kim made the decision to transition from Corporate America and obtain her real estate license; and as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR Specialist), she has completed comprehensive training to recognize the needs of home buyers and is committed to providing outstanding service to her clients. Kim has already helped many buyers through every step of the way and making sure that that the largest investment of their lives was handled with extreme care.

Building meaningful relationships with her clients and making their dreams of home ownership come true is what she values most in her real estate career. When Kim is not selling real estate, she enjoys going to the gym, cooking, crafting and most importantly, spending time with her husband and kids.
