Karen was born and raised in Bethlehem PA, graduated from the University of Delaware, and had a successful corporate career working in the retail industry at the senior management level. She has lived in New York City; Bridgewater, NJ; Portland, Maine; and Newtown, PA.
She and her husband Jim moved to Magnolia Greens Plantation in Leland with their 2 rescue dogs. They decided to move south, like many other “almost but not quite retirees” to lead an active lifestyle in a much warmer climate close to beaches, numerous top rated golf courses, college town life, great restaurants and a great downtown Riverwalk. The Wilmington area is thriving with growth and cultural experiences, and a very desirable, sought after real estate market.
