Though she was born and raised in Miamisburg, OH, Jess has always had a love for coastal living and sunny weather. After vacationing in Wilmington, NC and the surrounding areas for many years, she and her husband Ryan decided to make their very favorite vacation spot their home! During her relocation, Jess spent a lot of time researching different areas, so her knowledge of what it takes to relocate to our area is well-rounded.
When she's not busy helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams, Jess loves spending time with her three adorable miniature dachshunds - Ruby, Frank, and Charlie. If she's not riding along on the golf course with her husband Ryan in her free time, you can find her jetting off with him on their next world traveling adventure!
